Information for Volunteers After receiving your submission, we will: Email you to confirm receipt of your email, Phone you if there are any uncertainties over the information you have provided, Email with details of the shifts and activities assigned to you, as soon as the required distribution of volunteer work has been completed. At least 2 weeks prior to the start of volunteer activity in September for Adjudication and again prior to the start of activity in October for the Show, you will receive an email informing you of the volunteer position(s) you have been assigned. Assignments are generally designated in the order in which volunteer forms have been received. We will try very hard to accommodate your specific job preferences but sometimes this is not possible, especially for late submissions. Your understanding of this is greatly appreciated. To help us with the organizing of volunteer positions: Should you have a change in plans, please let us know as soon as possible and we will try and accommodate them.
